      I purchased this one year ago. I have had no problems to speak of and have abused this thing running it for an hour at a time trying to clean stained carpets. I ALWAYS USE DISTILLED WATER ONLY. I am crossing my fingers that I don't run into any issues that people are complaining about. The pads work great, doesn't damage my wood, pergo or laminate floors. I just looked here to see if I could find some extra pads, because if I am doing a lot of cleaning, it is nice having a few extras. Please take note that many of these people with problems have most likely used tap or spring water which have minerals that can clog the mechanics of this thing. I don't sell this product, but I am a happy user.

      I have had my mop for 3 years. My first one I had clogged. I was using tap water and calcium built up. I brought it back to the dutchess county fair and they gave me a new one no questions asked. I use distilled water now and no problems. I didn't listen to my demonstrator the first time obviously these people didn't either. The best mop I've owned and the greatest sales company. No reciept and still gave me a new mop.

      I purchased the mop a year ago at the Women's Show. Eight months later it stopped working. I returned to the show this year and told Kevin of my problem. He was very helpful. I took the broken one back to him and he gave me a new one. Finally someone who understands what customer service is.

      I have used this and love it. I find it so easy to follow the simple instructions that came in the box. Distilled water is a must as I have well water. Using mine still after 2 years, got 1 for my mom as a gift and one for the next door neighbor

      You'll find if you put a little distilled white vinegar in each tank then there is no need to buy distilled water. the only people who need to use distilled water are people with well water
