Shipping Policies

We offer free shipping on order totals before tax of $99.00. Not including the steam mop. There is always a $2.00 oversize surcharge on any microfiber mop, or broom order due to the oversize box for the handle.

Returns Policy

All products have a 30 day $ back customer satisfaction. The customer is responsible for the shipping charges. Some exclusions apply. They are Eye Kandy due to hygiene. Twist broom, chamios cloth,super absorbent mop, all Beijo bags except the "over the moon",. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returns and exchanges. The microfiber mops have a lifetime guarantee on the mop base and pole. The steam mop has a 1 yr manufactures guarantee.
